Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of the issue (photos or videos) must be provided.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item is received (if required), we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
